Experience:
- 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required.
- 3 months of experience with PointClickCare is preferred.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
- COVID vaccination required. This facility does not accept declinations.

Guaranteed Hours: 36
Mon - Fri with call requirements every third week and rotating weekends
1 year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Must have an understanding of the MDS process. Prefer approved MDS course completion certification.
BLS must be AHA
