Superior QSR currently owns and operates four McDonald’s restaurants in Florence (Irby St. only), Dillon, Bennettsville, and Cheraw, SC. We are searching for highly qualified GM’s to help us get our operations to the next level.

Responsibilities would include:

• Full responsibility of all restaurant operations and culture - SETTING UP THE RESTAURANT AND ALL TEAM MEMBERS TO SUCCEED
• Ordering and inventory management
• Schedule review
• Food cost/labor/cash controls
• Management Development

Compensation:

• Starting salary $55,000 - $65,000/yr. based on experience and qualifications
• $9,600/yr. bonus potential (measured & paid quarterly)
• 75% employer health insurance contribution (employee only)
• 401(k) - 4% match
• Health insurance
• 3 weeks paid vacation
• Weekly pay (Daily pay available)

In addition to the above benefits, the following are in place for tenured service:

• After TWO YEARS in position - 4 WEEKS ANNUAL VACATION
• After THREE YEARS in position - COMPANY CAR
• After FIVE YEARS in position - "SPLASH WEEK" - EXTRA VACATION WEEK
• After TEN YEARS in position - FOUR WEEK SABBATICAL

We value our people and work hard every day to provide a respectful workplace. Our GM’s are on salary and are scheduled 45 hours/week. They are expected to work more when the need arises, but we do not, as a matter of company policy, schedule GM’s more than 45 hours like some other companies do. Although we take pride in working with our restaurant teams and setting them up to succeed, this can be a difficult and stressful position at times, and we guard against burning out good people.

We are also a company that is interested in growing, and would like to develop GM’s that can be promoted to mid-management positions when the need arises.

Pay: $51,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
