Quincy Community Health Center is seeking a Community Health Worker to join our Maternity Support Services (MSS) team. The MSS staff provide excellent customer care services while performing administrative support for Maternity Support Services staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducts one-on-one client visits for screening, assessment, surveillance, health education, and care management services.
- Checks in pre-registered, new, and established patients.
- Schedules appointments and routes calls appropriately.
- Performs clerical and administrative support duties.
- Participates in community outreach services.
- Job duties require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Consistently exhibits all of the Moses Lake Community Health Center’s Service Standards with patients and co-workers and contributes to a work environment that is supportive and values the contributions of each individual.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish/English required
- Ability to effectively communicate basic or non-technical information to co-workers and others.
- Participates actively and constructively in meting to ask questions, express own ideas and advance solutions
- Ability to effectively use systems software to perform the essential responsibilities of the job, communicate with others internally, and navigate personnel-related requirements.
