Material Handler
The Material Handler will be responsible for picking, packing of warehouse goods and meeting customer requirements

What you will do as a warehouse worker:

• receiving and processing incoming goods
• picking and filling orders from stock
• packing and shipping orders, and/or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
• consolidating partial pallets, shrink wrapping and moving completed pallets to shipping lanes
• following established policies and procedures aimed at keeping the goods in excellent condition
• maintaining safety standards
• completing paperwork completely and promptly
• assist with inventory cycle count, monthly count and daily reconciliations
• cross-train, as needed, to learn other warehouse functions
• housekeeping tasks of warehouse and other duties as assigned by management

What you bring to our warehouse worker opening:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends
• Attention to detail
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete in a timely manner
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. while using safe lifting techniques
• Prior experience with voice-pick, a strong plus
• May be required to hold a certificate for safe driving and operating of material handling equipment, such as forklifts, cherry pickers and electric pallet jacks

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 15-25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

This position is Full-Time: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday @ $17.80 per hour.

MNX Global Logistics will award all qualified candidates hired as of July 1, 2021 with a $1000 USD sign-on/retention bonus. The bonus will be distributed in two equal payments to the hired candidate that is active at the time of payout. The first payment of $500 will be distributed following the hired candidate’s successful completion of 90 days. The second payment of $500 will be distributed after the hired candidate has completed six months of continuous service.
