Job Description:
Entry Level Production Control Material Handler; can move production orders physically and in Oracle. Edit data on work orders, move product to proper locations, replenish raw stock and prepare orders for shipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Move product to physical location.
- Move product locations within Oracle (sub inventory transfers and move orders)
- Modify or update work order information in Oracle.
- Perform WIP material transactions
- Kanban maintenance
- Issue work orders to production based on KB replenishment
- Get product ready for shipment to outside vendors.
- Replenish raw materials in department queues.
- Inventory control support (cycle counts)
- Maintains the work area through good housekeeping and safety practice in accordance to 5s standards
- Understand the proper procedure for handling Haz-Mat material.
- Use forklift to load and unload product/materials
- Prepare shipments/drums for maquiladoras
- Understand requirements for international shipping
- Deliver or pick up products/materials to/from other sites.
- Understand shipping process for RTV, samples, and other items needed
- Update and maintain daily management board
- Training other associates
- Create and sustain procedures for the area.
- Other duties as required by supervisor or lead
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-2 years manufacturing/ warehouse experience
- Ability to use Oracle, Word, and Excel computer programs.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
