Oberlin Filter is currently looking to hire an Material Handler to join our team. Oberlin has been named a top workplace by the Journal Sentinel 12 of the last 13 years including 2022. Please see below for more information about the position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Pull and kit parts needed to fill Welding personnel work orders
• Assist with inspections of incoming/outgoing goods
• Organize material from Vendors
• Perform material traceability records per company procedure.
• Cut grating to specified measurements
• Deliver/Pick up material from Vendors using company vehicles.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Requires a valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Critical thinking & problem solving skills
• Understand written and verbal English
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Age 18 or older
• Ability to use basic hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
