Master Data Coordinator

100% Remote

Brooksource is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to join our Premium Spirits Clients’ Enterprise Information Management team as they embark on an evolution to move from traditional Master Data Management to Enterprise Information Management that will be integral to product lifecycle management which is a strategic imperative for them. This position will support the master data activities as it relates to content creation to support project work.

This position challenges team members to understand the innovation process including the material creation process. This position is a Global role that requires collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders across just about every functional team in the company. This role is a good fit for individuals who have a desire to learn a wide range of areas and help drive continuous improvement, data quality and data governance. In this role you will be required to be a subject matter expert that can support various projects by supporting the master data needs required for the project.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role the responsibilities could vary based on project work required. But could include but not limited to the following:

· Responsible for the creation and maintenance of material master data

· Reviewing and approving artwork

· Creating specifications and routing for approvals

· Working within project timelines

· Ability to develop project plans, track progress and communicate status associated with master data project activities

· Adept at juggling multiple projects, tight timelines while being solution oriented when running into obstacles

· Investigate and research all issues related to systems master data

· Work in a virtual team environment with other team members in the United States and Europe

· Comply with the data governance and audit standards as communicated by EIM leadership

· Interact with internal customers with a high level of professionalism

· Assist in writing standard operation procedures and process documentation

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor's degree required

· 2-3 years managing data in an SAP environment, required; 1-3 years’ experience using SAP in one or more process streams (MDM, OTC, PTP, DTB, MTS), preferred

· Experience in master data management, materials management, specifications management or bill of materials maintenance activities, a plus

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-facilitation skills

· Strong data entry, writing, and verbal communication skills

· Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
