Compensation Range: $36 - 41 per hour

Our client, a leading healthcare and insurance company, is looking for a dynamic and talented Marketing Specialist to join their team on a long-term contract opportunity.

In this role you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced professional input to complex Segment Marketing assignments/projects.
• Work individually or with a team to analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, prepare pricing studies, and manage program/project budgets. Includes segment marketing activities.
• Have advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a marketing field or recognized body of formal knowledge.
  
  • This includes knowledge required for complex problems, new project and system development, strategic analysis, etc.
• Plan for the effective development and implementation of longer term marketing projects.
• Work prioritization, forecasting, scheduling and coordinating resources within assigned projects.
• Conduct decision support analysis tasks.
  
  • Support and provide direction to more junior professionals.
• Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
• Utilize in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Segment Marketing.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors (required)
• Digital Marketing Experience (1-2 yrs)
• Marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Medicare advantage/healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Consumer Marketing (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Compliance
