What will be your role as a Marketing Specialist?

• Executes promotional events in accordance with the promotional plan
• Instrumental with development of promotional materials and sales tools
• Graphic design for 90% of required graphics and layouts for content
• Creation of animations and video content
• Implementation of updates to corporate website
• Makes recommendations for digital media and marketing
• Implementation of updates to intranet according to content calendar
• Creation of posts for social media based on content calendar
• Preliminary evaluation of analytics/performance website and social media
• Ensures that corporate branding strategy and guidelines are followed for all activities
• Ensures all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Performs other duties as assigned

What knowledge, skills and abilities will you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field required
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Expertise with MS Office required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite recommended
• Curiosity, ability to explore new pathways, express ideas and opinions
• Self-starter: able to seek solutions and move on them with minimal guidance
• Occasional travel required
