We are looking for a Marketing Senior Associate to join our Marketing and Sales Department in our Miami office. As a Marketing Senior Associate, you will be responsible for helping to drive firm brand, growth, and go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Can drive marketing with a minimum level of supervision to support strategic plans of the firm and execute through local geography
• Takes an active leadership role in scheduling / attending marketing meetings, working with Office Managing Partners in Miami and BDE to develop marketing plans, and executing on marketing items that arise within these meetings
• Facilitate the development of a robust client / prospect / referral list for marketing campaigns
• Build target list for marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute a referral marketing program
• Creates and oversees local thought leadership and brand marketing campaigns, complete with list development and tracking components
• Independently creates and manages all elements of conferences and events including venue selection, theme creation, vendor relationships, collateral production, invitations, promotional items, and press coverage, if warranted
• Identify local associations for involvement, networking, and speaking engagements
• Sets up tracking programs for various initiatives and reports on progress of each
• Establishes and manages relationships with appropriate area organizations, vendors, etc.
• Provide support to national CRM team to provide ongoing maintenance and support to the firm’s CRM system, mailing lists, etc.

Qualifications:

• Has experience building various types of marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Versed in how to create benefit-oriented collateral with strong call to action that yields results
• Proposal / pitch collateral development and writing experience a plus
• Requires proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of web maintenance, social media platforms, and MS Dynamics / Marketo programs a plus
• Requires a bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business major a plus)
• Prior marketing experience with accounting or other professional services firms preferred
• Ability to travel between the firm’s offices when needed
• 2-4 years of work experience in marketing at minimum
• Role is based in our Coral Gables, FL office
