This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Marketing Professional – Online Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:


Customer-focused, innovative thinking working closely with internal and external customers and leaders to grow CS Online services

  • Interacting with healthcare facilities directly assisting with online registration, administration, navigation and training
  • Managing the buyer's journey, engagement strategies, user experience and execution
  • Investigating and resolving all reported issues with site navigation and access—determining fault; engaging appropriate resources to resolve; updating customers of resolution and/or time estimate for resolution
  • Working closely with peers in Global teamplayFleet and eCommerce teams to identify opportunities to create and develop greater demand including product changes and Improvements
  • Demonstrating and presenting teamplayFleet, teamplayFleet Connect, WebShop, ConSec and other online services to internal and external users—online, in face-to-face meetings and at tradeshows
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Patient and courteous approach to customer support

  • Providing customer support for CS Online products including but not limited to teamplayFleet, teamplayFleet Connect, WebShop, and Configurable Service Agreements.
  • Working under the direction of the Director eCommerce, the Online Services Project Manager will coordinate with the teamplayFleet Product Manager, Global eCommerce partners, modality product management, sales, and customer experience teams to develop, administer and enhance the online customer experience.
  • Measurements of success will include user experience, growth in users and user adoption, user satisfaction based on customer satisfaction surveys and revenue growth from CS eCommerce properties.
  • Successful applicants must be able to work in a matrix organization and will have a strong understanding of eCommerce, user experience, go-to-market strategies and sales process.


Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as eCommerce, technical marketing or customer service
  • Experience with SAP
  • Demonstrated experience leading, deploying and enhancing successful customer-facing websites or comparable digital channels
  • Experience developing and delivering persuasive presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and project management skills
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at problem solving and proposing creative/non-traditional solutions to problems
