Vanco seeks to hire a Marketing Manager to support the lead and demand generation to the faith market. This role can be based in either our Bloomington, MN office, our Atlanta, GA Office, or Remote within the U.S.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the promotion and lead generation responsible for accelerating growth for our faith software market. You will oversee the faith new sales marketing programs for Vanco, including email marketing, webinars and event marketing, and focus on pay-per-click advertising (paid search, social and media), SEO, and more. Join our team of dynamic marketers to generate marketing programs from concept to reality, working with content writers, designers, marketing automation specialists and stakeholders from all parts of the company, to create compelling marketing campaigns aligned to resonate with the buyers within each of our markets at each phase of the buyer and customer journey.

Requirements:

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of online and offline lead and demand generation campaigns to meet our business pipeline and revenue targets for our faith brands
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to bring scale to inbound marketing, lead and demand generation programs
  • Develop iterative marketing campaigns to optimize lead acquisition using relentless experimentation to drive our success
  • Craft specific messaging that targets the right audience, drives stages from awareness through purchase and helps Vanco position as a customer centric brand
  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels, measuring and monitor sales funnel activity
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, helping surface insights and presenting results clearly internally.
  • Work closely with the sales organization to align with their goals within their specific territories

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with performance/growth marketing, where a marketing quota for qualified leads has been required
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in B2B and/or SaaS
  • Experience including, but not limited to email marketing, website marketing, PPC, SEO, retargeting, social marketing and direct mail. Special attention paid to experience with social and search PPC campaign oversight.
  • Experience managing marketing automation, lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • Experience with list management, cleansing, de-duplication, segmentation and targeting
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral - including presenting
  • Experience managing budgets and project management skills
  • Track record of growing a marketing program and showing ROI
  • Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills
  • Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation tool) and Salesforce CRM, paid, organic, email and social marketing channels and technologies.
  • Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher level strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across the organization, working well cross-functionally and able to form strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working with or marketing/selling to faith-based organizations a plus
