Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager

Department: Swinomish Enterprises

Reports to: Director of C-Store Operations

Summary:

The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for interacting with all departments within Swinomish Enterprises and external marketing teams to advertise all sales, promotions and events. This position is responsible for digital marketing and social media content for all platforms for Swinomish Markets, The Coffee Point and Salish Coast Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Retail Marketing Manager:

• Assist third-party marketing firm with all social media content, including but not limited to: photos, videos, customer contents, holiday specials and promotional events
• Ability to work with store managers and with Swinomish Casino & Lodge marketing team
• Analyze sales trends on SSCS and GreenBits to track advertising trends
• Organize store contests for customer appreciation and holiday events
• Track all activities on ‘Swin Club’ Loyalty Program
• Create and distribute monthly Newsletters throughout the Enterprises
• Direct store content and create/design digital advertisements
• Other duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Basic mathematical ability; e.g., ability to make change.
• Patience, tact, and good problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to sustain long periods of repetitious movement.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and evenings, if needed
• Must pass criminal background check and oral drug screen.
