SageSure, an innovation-focused insurance and technology company, is seeking a Policyholder Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in the company's future success by developing and driving our policyholder marketing strategy. This new role will be a leading voice for our customers, developing a deep understanding of our policyholders, identifying new and emerging opportunities, and ensuring high-quality delivery and execution of core marketing campaigns and other innovation activities designed to grow the business.
A critical part of this role will involve leading and developing SageSure's policyholder marketing initiatives across many marketing mediums, and the ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns heavy in digital mediums.
What you'll be doing
- Develop an understanding of the policyholder mindset, interest, buying triggers and journey
- Lead the company's policyholder marketing strategy, building awareness and driving demand for SageSure’s products and services
- Lead all aspects of policyholder marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and advertising, creative development and integrated communications support
- Apply an analytical mindset in optimization efforts of all initiatives and campaigns
- Partner with marketing leaders and other business leaders to plan, develop and execute annual policyholder marketing plans
- Proactively provide visibility to policyholder insights through the effective use of technology, marketing tools, experience mapping and business analytics
- Maintain knowledge of the latest innovation in marketing with an eye for improving SageSure's capabilities
- Develop and lead marketing initiatives, as well as coach others on how to think strategically
We're looking for someone who has
- Hands-on experience working with or influencing: CRM discussions, social media, paid media, email marketing via a marketing automation platform, landing pages, and Google Analytics
- The ability to see the big picture while also working to execute at the ground level
- Professional business presence and acumen with comfort presenting to leaders and executives
- Detail-oriented with outstanding written and oral communication and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 5-8 years of experience working within Digital and Consumer Marketing
- Strong B2B and D2C marketing experience
- Ability to find creative ways to impact our business by driving strategic outcomes among policyholders
- Develops and leads marketing initiatives, as well as coach others on how to think strategically
- Passionate about new ideas and technology that will continue to improve our capabilities with policyholder marketing
Highly preferred candidates also have
- Marketing Certifications – PCM, DMI, Google, Facebook, Etc.
- Experience with TaskRay or other Project Management Tools
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
