Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will help plan and execute promotional strategies to support offers and campaigns for both online and our physical stores. The Marketing Manager acts as a liaison and project manager for a wide range of initiatives in support of the department, and other key stakeholders within the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy of and continuity within promotions, offers, campaigns, and other corporate initiatives. Some of the tasks and duties are listed below
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Marketing specialist, marketing coordinator and media team

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains promotional schedules for all divisions including offer structures, active dates, and other key details
• Provide senior leadership team with status/successes of special marketing efforts and campaigns
• Reporting on the marketing and media results shared monthly and weekly
• Provide feedback to the creative team, digital team, and leadership of results for continuous improvement and optimizations
• Bring recommendations and modifications to cohorts and leadership of all marketing efforts
• Prepare and organize budgets, ensure allocations are accurate and keep budget up to date
• Creates and maintains or supports the creation and maintenance of associated promotional calendars explaining offers for internal stakeholders
• Leads operational efforts for the marketing department, serving as project manager for a wide range of department and corporate efforts
• Aids in establishing strategic direction and positioning of the department and corporate campaigns
• Ensures technical accuracy of all in-market offers, deals, and promotions
• Ensures compliance with third party partner policies and programs within campaign materials
• Aids media team to ensure proper positioning of promotional materials and creative assets
• Acts as a liaison between internal and external partners and stakeholders on various initiatives
• Maintains relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary contact when necessary
• Oversees execution of layered events and other special promotions
• Collaborate with Creative & Digital teams
• May at times be called on to assist with various other development and proofing for department or organization needs
• Produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong project management capabilities
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
• Strong grammatical, writing, and proofreading capabilities
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence communicating throughout all levels of the organization
• Familiar with fundamental elements of marketing (i.e. social media, campaign management, analytics, promotions)
• Ability to work both independently as well as a member of a team
• Experience with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with the creative/artistic design process is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three+ years of relevant experience.
