We need a super-talented Marketing Events Coordinator to join THE FARM—the newly formed and ever growing in-house creative marketing team at C-A-L Ranch.

Duties entail.

• INNOVATIVE COMMUNICATION: Develop innovative ways to communicate marketing messages through direct mail, email, web, video, and store events.

• COLLABORATION: Effectively interact with all departments and vendors to determine requirements and needs that meet campaign objectives.
• EVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION: Organize and manage company-wide, store, and other organizational events. Attend events to carry out planning documentation, experience event and observe all facets, receive in-person feedback from employees, and revise event guides based on feedback and document next steps for future events.
• STORE SPECIFIC GROWTH EVENT OPPORTUNITY PACKAGES: Review sales of all stores in all departments. Curate and coordinate event kits that will drive sales in lacking areas on a local level.
• PROMOTION PROGRAMMING-Be a key part of the promotion creation and systems knowledge base by executing advertising campaigns.
• ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES: Seek after, coordinate, and report on co-op advertising and assist in co-op collections.
• TEAM PLAYER: Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• AA, Bachelors (or working on Bachelor's) degree in marketing, communication, or business-related field
• Outline and establish project plans/timelines and communicate to the department to implement event details.
• Strong communication skills working with store managers/stakeholders to understand their objective and offer strategic solutions to drive successful events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure with tight timelines
• Ability to interact and work with a team with a strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency
• Ability to take on new tasks as needed and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Assist in creating and collating marketing materials as needed
• Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on critical feedback
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager (or other social scheduling platform) and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Willingness and availability to travel in order to attend all C-A-L Ranch new store openings and store events
