Linda Mar Rehabilitation is a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility located just minutes from the beach in Pacifica, CA. Linda Mar provides a wide range of services including skilled nursing, post-acute medical and surgical care, and rehabilitation therapy.

Job Functions:

As Community Relations Director, the majority of your time will be spent out of the facility calling on physicians, discharge planners, case managers and various external organizations and groups to ensure consistency and growth of our patient census.

Giving Facility tours are a great way to invite their loved ones to come to Linda Mar.

A key component of the job is working with the Admissions Director. By establishing rapport and streamlining communication, you will be able to bring in more patients and do so successfuly.

Requirements:

The Community Relations Director must possess the ability to present Linda Mar’s differentiated services, which have elevated our center as the premier provider of post-acute rehab care.

Must also be self-driven, highly motivated, task oriented, efficient, and possess a strong work ethic. Skilled nursing experience is highly preferred but Home Health and other applicants will also be considered.

You will need to have existing contacts with key physicians and discharge planners in San Mateo and surrounding areas.
