Marketing/Design Assistant - SEEKING PRESCOTT, AZ REGION EMPLOYEE (Onsite Position)
HOAMCO is seeking the perfect candidate who loves working in the fast-paced, creative world of marketing and digital media. The ideal candidate would have web design experience in WordPress, experience in marketing and graphic design, and excellent customer service.
Candidate must be comfortable managing high-level projects under short deadlines with style and grace.
Adobe InDesign fluency is required. Experience with WordPress, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat Pro are also a plus.
This is a full-time position (but we will consider part-time for the right candidate) in our Corporate Office located in Prescott, Arizona with benefits available after 60 days of employment.
Skills Required:
- Graphic Design – Adobe InDesign fluency required
- Web Design – WordPress fluency or familiarity with web design required
- Graphics Design - min 1 year exposure in digital media industry
- Social Media Management

Job Duties:
- Assist Marketing Team with editing WordPress template-based websites, provide basic website help desk service
- Track marketing campaigns across print and digital channels and provide reporting as needed
- Assist with marketing projects as needed
- Create branded documents in Adobe InDesign
- Create branded social media posts
