The Brass Tacks
  • Serve as on-property marketing support for assigned properties and scope
  • Uphold and protect the branding and positioning of properties and all applicable outlets
  • Support the development and management of annual marketing plans, marketing budgets, and owner reports and presentations for assigned properties
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for the property, including:
  • Develop agendas for regular marketing meetings, draft and disseminate notes
  • Manage and create content on property websites and serve as brand manager for all assigned property websites
  • Execute social media strategy; curate and organize social media content calendar
  • Write and build marketing emails
  • Design and print onsite collateral, such as menus, signage, etc.
  • Partner with Seattle Support Center Communications team, PR firm and on-property leaders to generate compelling programming at all properties
  • Coordinate media visits
The Nitty Gritty
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • A balance of creative, technical, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective project and personal management skills, including time management, planning and organizing, execution and delivery of results• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • CMS and CRM experience a plus
  • Candidates must be located in/around : Seattle, Washington - Peoria, Illinois - La Crosse, Wisconsin
