The Marketing Associate will lead and coordinate marketing-related activities designed to support the aggressive growth goals of the business through sales enablement and customer success. In this role, you will assist leadership in determining sales and marketing campaign themes and then take the lead on execution in collaboration with sales and business development. Primary Responsibilities:
- Own all customer-facing communication that is delivered via the web, social, email, events and webinars
- Create collateral for new products, services and initiatives
- Update and refine existing content
- Create and own a roadmap of outreach campaigns to support the overall growth of the business
- Produce and coordinate webinars
- Create, track and communicate campaign performance metrics
