Oasis seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and supporting our B2C and B2B marketing managers. The Marketing Coordinator will help our team coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns to consumer and business audiences, with measurable impact to our business goals. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain databases, creating and pulling customer lists for email and direct mail campaigns. MailChimp experience desired, Pardot experience a significant plus.
• Pull reports on business trends/KPIs from internal business systems, Google Analytics, (creating Pivot Tables and graphs/charts) and/or PowerBI dashboards as requested.
• Social media monitoring to resolve questions or complaints.
• Coordinate calendars for tradeshow registration/sponsorships, aligning sales team resources, and manage the logistics of booth materials.
• Monitor collateral and swag/gift inventory and manage weekly gift/swag sends to customers.
• Monitor budgets and quarterly reconciliations on marketing spend actuals vs. estimates/budget.
• Manage status reports with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field required
• 2-5 years basic marketing experience in a B2B or B2C company.
• Strong digital focus in a lead gen-focused business preferred.
• Solid knowledge of website management and analytics tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, etc.)
• A curious, proactive mindset, continuously thinking about improvement and innovation
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
