Position Overview:
CDS is looking to bring on board an experienced Marketing Coordinator to spearhead the creation and implementation of print and digital content for the company, as well as distribute appropriate manufacturer content across various platforms. Encourage engagement from customers on social media platforms, while promoting brand awareness and reputation. Responsible for maintaining the digital integrity of CDS, while giving customers the latest information on our brand. Assists Vice President of Solutions and Sales Managers with any related marketing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily, the Marketing Coordinator is tasked with ensuring digital marketing components of the company operations are running and functioning properly.
- Create, manage, and monitor social media, web, and email marketing content and copy
- Lead design and execution of social media/email campaigns
- Assist with quality control of websites and social media platforms
- Create and distribute content such as news articles, blogs, infographics, videos etc. on social media platforms and our website
- Experience tracking Google Ad Campaigns and solid SEO Experience
- Create and distribute printed collaterals such as brochures, white papers, etc.
- Track performance of campaigns and engagement
- Collaborate effectively with sales and service teams
- Occasionally assist with administrative duties
Experience within the Office Equipment, IT, or Automative Industries are desired
Job responsibilities are subject to any new initiatives undertaken by the sales group which would involve the expertise of the Marketing team.
We're looking for:
- A self-motivator with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills, you will be working with various sales teams and will need to coordinate accordingly
- Copywriting & editing skills – you will be trained on products and business practices
- Proficient in business posts on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Knowledge of social media platforms insights/analytics to track engagement and campaign performance and an understanding of social media KPI’s
- Familiarity with Software/Toolsets: Adobe Suite (Primarily Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign), Microsoft Office (Primarily Word/PowerPoint/Outlook), ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, CDS utilizes Webflow for our website/hosting (not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
