Healthcraft Creative Solution is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to support content development for a variety of brands in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will leverage their passion for creative writing and marketing strategy to implement best practices and help position Healthcraft as the leading provider of marketing and analytics support to the post-acute healthcare industry.
The successful candidate will join a team providing a full array of marketing and analytics services and should be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player.
GENERAL PURPOSE
Assist Aegis Therapies, its business lines and their clients to promote their brand(s) in a positive manner through traditional and digital mediums. Work collaboratively with internal and external clients to advance business objectives by the creative development of effective sales and marketing messages.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Content development and editing to support the creation of marketing materials including, fliers, brochures and advertisements
Content development and editing to support sales efforts, including presentations, proposals, letters and emails
Content development and editing to support digital efforts, including website content, blog posts and social media posts
Support real-time updates and uploads of digital content to website and social media platforms
Conduct interviews and gather information from clients to help better understand brand objectives and individual project requests as needed
Edit and proof materials written by others
Complete other research and writing projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, advertising, English or a related field
Minimum one (1) year experience in marketing, communications or advertising or a related field
Healthcare experience is preferred
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS
Strong writing and proofreading skills including knowledge of standard proofreader's marks
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
Proficient is use of social media platforms including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Strong listening abilities and collaborative spirit
Positive attitude, creative thinking and highly self-motivated
Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely if needed
Great organizational and time management skills
Refined interpersonal skills – able to interact with clients
Ability to effectively and efficiently complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company proprietary information
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Mobility, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 pounds), fine hand coordination, ability to read and write, the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions, ability to travel, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
