MARKETING ASSISTANT -

The role is remote and is open to candidates in: Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico and Wyoming Only! Applicants outside of those states will not be considered!

About the Team You’ll be Joining

At Bran Marketing, we specialize in the commercial and industrial PVF/HVAC/R industries. This role will be part of a small but fast-paced, tight-knit marketing team with lots of opportunities for training, development, and upskilling. This individual may be asked to wear several “hats” but will be primarily focused on helping to create content that tells the story of the clients and the products they represent.

Marketing Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain our clients monthly social media calendars. We post 2-5 times a week, depending on client.

· Assist in writing copy and work with our creative team for social media engagement, blog content, case studies, and email marketing

· Schedule 200+ social media post per month on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

· Pulls monthly reports for social media performance for our clients

· Markets Bran Marketing on the social media channels we thrive on

· Works with CEO on a regular basis to achieve weekly goals.

· Responsible for proofreading or editing all content prior to publishing.

· Other projects as assigned.

Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

· Minimum two years in a similar role

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (grammar, writing/editing, etc)

· Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

· Proficiency with MSOffice including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· EXPERT in MICROSOFT TEAMS A PLUS.

· Experience with social media marketing

· Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented

· Trello, Constant Contact, Sendible experience a plus

· Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus

· Experience in the PVF/HVAC/R Industry a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
