Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Architect is responsible for managing the data processes associated to execution of Digital Marketing strategies and tactics. This role is expected to maintain and monitor data flow, health, integrations and disaster recovery to ensure highly reliable execution of customer and dealer outreach via automated marketing & communication programs. Strong collaboration between Marketing and IT organizations to ensure integrations between systems (such as SAP, Salesforce, CMS, etc…) are functioning as expected with an ability to identify problems and areas for optimization. This role will interface closely with data analytics teams to consult and develop solution designs in support of new marketing initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as Enterprise Process Owner for Marketing Data Management practices
- Responsible for data quality metrics
- Ensure proper functional order of data processes
- Seek opportunities for marketing data process improvement
- Oversee maintenance and enhancement of data processes with supporting technical teams.
- Partner with data analytics teams to ensure accuracy in reporting
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, related degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years data management experience with background in marketing technology.
- 3 years experience managing Data Quality processes
- Working experience in SDLC processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds.
- Experience with Master Data Management
- Experience in creation and implementation of business processes, workflow, technology solutions and technology frameworks within a business organization.
- Ability to understand business rules and business/functional/system requirements for improvements or new additions to the current systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with data integrations
- Experience with Data Quality processes
- Ability to create, present and provide findings to leadership team
Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
