Do you consider yourself detailed, analytical and a great storyteller? We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who will be primarily responsible for managing reporting and visualization across multiple data sets, conducting research for CORT’s primary audiences, and providing strategic guidance for successful marketing campaigns as they relate to prospecting and revenue generation. This role will report to the Executive Director of Online Strategy, Media and Analytics.
The CORT Marketing team works fluidly and in support of one another. A collaborative and proactive spirit is a must for success.
This is a remote position performed from a home office, but we also have marketing-focused offices in Austin, TX and Chantilly, VA that you are welcome to work from at any time.
- Develop best practices for data governance of marketing activities
- Work with business and marketing leadership to develop key metrics and reporting requirements
- Perform relevant statistical/quantitative analysis of data across a variety of marketing technologies and activities
- Website behavior analysis
- Audience segmentation
- Post-campaign success analysis
- Et. al.
- Develop data visualizations for narrative presentation of analyses
- Train and support marketing staff on analysis and presentation
- Survey development and qualitative analysis of market research
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent from an accredited university
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Marketing or Business degrees preferred

- Cross-platform operational expertise in general marketing technology
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Data science skills
- Taxonomy & architecture
- Statistical analysis
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics
- Expertise in Adobe Data Collection
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (reporting)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Google Ads and DV360/general DSP
- Knowledge of Facebook and other social advertising
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
