Manufacturing Technician/Rebuilder

We are seeking a manufacturing Technician to rebuild equipment used in refueling applications.

In this position, the Technician will be responsible for remanufacturing and testing mechanical pumps, meters and valves used in gas pumps. Each of these units is completely disassembled and cleaned prior to being forwarded to the Technician. The building process requires these parts to be assessed for wear and suitability to achieve industry mandated calibration standards.

Manufacturing Technician Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect components for rebuilding viability

Remanufacture components to OEM standards

Test all rebuilt items for function and durability

Organize and schedule all personal production responsibilities

Manufacturing Technician Requirements and Qualifications

Dexterity working with small parts

Trouble shooting / problem solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Self-starter / work well independently

Familiarity with various types of hand tools

Basic organizational skills

Located in Conyers, GA M-F, 8A-5P. A full time employee is eligible for paid holidays, vacation and health/dental/vision insurance.

This is a non-smoking facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
