Huber Engineered Woods, LLC is seeking a high energy individual for an entry level position in operations at our Crystal Hill, Virginia facility. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.

The ideal candidate will possess or demonstrate the following:

• Attention to detail
• Strong communications skills
• Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Good attendance history
• General computer knowledge
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude a plus
• Interest in manufacturing technology and systems
• Successfully pass the company’s forklift operator’s test
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and use hand-held tools
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to wear hearing protection and respirator
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work inside and outside exposed to heat, cold, and inclement weather
• Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts
