Location: Remote Work plus travel to Fort Lauderdale, FL for lab setup

This position is for the Building automation division.

This position requires Contingent Workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

Job Description -

• Build and maintain a test lab of OT equipment/devices from multiple vendors (Siemens S7, Rockwell PLCs, Schneider, etc.)
• Help teach software development teams how to correctly interface and integrate with the multi-vendor OT equipment/devices (using standard and proprietary protocols)
• Simulate test scenarios of manufacturing issues and use diagnostic tools to investigate (e.g. manufacturing incidents/issues, downtime, disconnections, wear and tear, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a manufacturing or maintenance engineer using OT equipment/devices from multiple vendors (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.)
• 1+ years experience planning equipment layout, tools, and IT programs needed and designing or contributing to the design of manufacturing workflow

Comments -

• Remote work is allowed from any state, but travel will be necessary to set up and maintain the test site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
