Johnson Service Group is a nationally recognized staffing and direct hire placement firm, currently assisting our industrial manufacturing client in their search for a Manufacturing Engineer in Alamo, TN. The incumbent would be responsible for the development and execution of processes for specialized equipment, with the intent of accomplishing quality fabrication, production, modifications, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing complex engineering assignments to monitor progress, comply with quality, schedule requirements, logs/records, and various engineering activities.
- Responsible for using computer programs to perform engineering operations, including data compilations/assimilation, conducting routine operations/tests, and presenting reports/graphics to designated shareholders.
- Provide effective engineering support on standard and complex engineering activities, assisting all parties involved, to understand the group’s operations and goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve routine problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, in addition to two (2) years of experience; alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
- Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work within the United States.
