• Location: Griffin, GA
• Shift: 3rd Shift (9:00PM - 5:30AM)
• Schedule Sunday - Thursday with availability to work Fridays
• Projected Start Date June/July 2022

ROLE:

To safely and efficiently perform assigned duties, producing defect free product. Facilitate movement of material and assure perfect product quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include, but not limited to, production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently in accordance to Company Safety Policy.
• Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product and loading conveyors.
• Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards. Ability to inspect your own work as well as that of other associates.
• Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S).
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement ideas.
• Others as assigned by Team Leader or management.

KNOWLEDGE

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 Year technical degree preferred
• Manufacturing and training experience required
• Previous experience training in a manufacturing environment is a plus

SKILLS

• Read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Operate hand tools efficiently.
• Connect wire harnesses efficiently.
• Learn and rotate through all production and support roles.

• Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency.
