Job description

The Manufacturing Admin will contribute to the manufacturing activities that support the overall success of project execution. This individual will assist in activities relating to the data integrity and entry of the ERP system and supporting systems.

What You Will Do in Your Role:

Review material issue sheets

Calculate material to be issued

Enter data into the ERP system

Manage the completion of work orders in the ERP system

Work with manufacturing employees to ensure material is correct in the ERP system

The Experience You Will Bring:

Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask.

Data entry and/or data clean up

Computer skills

Microsoft Excel skills

Basic math skills

Be able to adapt and change pace in a fast work environment

Ability to learn new computer systems and software quickly

What Will Put You Ahead:

3+ years data entry experience

Experience using ERP software/systems

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
