Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Hours may vary based based on recruitment events. This position is hybrid.

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to:

  • Build and coach a remote work-team of recruitment professionals to source and hire talent for UW Health.
  • Work to improve recruitment processes, programs and strategies.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, health care, or other relevant degree. Four (4) years of relevant experience, in addition to the experience below, will be considered in lieu of degree.

Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other clinical degree

Work Experience :

Minimum –

Three (3) years of experience managing and implementing projects and process improvement.

Three (3) years of experience in selection and interviewing activities (either in a Human Resources department or as a hiring manager).

Preferred –

Three (3) years in people management

Process improvement coursework or designation

Experience in large health care environment
