The Company Signals and Data team is a sub-team within Sales Enablement in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) platform. The core of its functionality is around data modeling of companies and enriching data associated with their accounts using sources such as Duns & Bradstreet API. This enables sales teams to provide the best experience, but also impacts other areas of the business. Even the very basic decision of how revenue is partitioned to SMB or Enterprise accounts is categorized by this teams applications.
The position is fully remote, but there is an expectation for being able to travel to Austin once or twice a year for a few days for in-person planning and team building.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of Software Engineering Management experience
- 5+ years experience programming with at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
- 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications with React and Redux
- GraphQL experience is preferred
- 3+ years of experience mentoring more Junior Engineers
- Significant experience with large scale, high-performance systems

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
