The Manager, School Operations is part of the national operations team and provides support for our schools with an emphasis on compliance activity at all levels, internal and external to the Stride organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
- Provide operational support to our schools to ensure team members have the necessary tools;
- Create training and tutorials for school-based systems;
- Subject matter expert to diagnosis and address problems with school based tools and resources;
- Ensure reports and data requests are provided within a timely manner;
- Work with staff to ensure school is in compliance with state requirements;
- Manage projects and programs to ensure milestones are achieved on time and to completion;
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, provide recommendations and support the implementation.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field of study AND
- Five (5) years of school operations experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Strong technology skills
- Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
- Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS 365; Web proficiency.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Formal project management experience in fast-paced or start-up environment
- Non-profit / education grants management experience
- Experience with managing online learning

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.
- We anticipate the salary range to be $64,410 to $129,810.50. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
