Project Management Manager

The Project Management Manager will be responsible for the overall tactical execution, monitoring, reporting and closure of multiple project(s) at our client site.
Additionally, this role will provide direction, instructions and guidance to the project management and business analysis teams, as it relates to achieving established goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic project oversight of tasks, deliverables, and stakeholders
- Assist PMO in providing high level project reporting
- Guide the team and Implement Agile Project Management approaches – delivery centric over documentation / process
- Own development of deliverables working with key stakeholders
- Own communications with both internal and external stakeholders. Manage team members and stakeholders by influence, with results focus
- Plan, coordinate, track, and report to the client on project team progress by collaborating with other leaders
- Lead recurring client touchpoint meetings throughout project duration and adjust meeting frequency as needed
- Monitor and track status for multiple, complex projects and report regularly in a clear and concise manner
- Identify and escalate potential issues before they materialize
- Provide ownership of resource and project management including planning, assessment, assignment of projects, while monitoring progress, timelines, managing resources and customer satisfaction
- Establish deadlines taking contingency time into account. Assign responsibilities and move responsibilities when needed. When necessary, adjust deadlines and communicate prior to missing target date

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
Experience
- Customarily has at least 5 years of technical experience
- Customarily has at least 5 years of position specific experience
- Customarily has at least 5 years of technical experience
- Customarily has at least 5 years of customer facing client engagement experience
- Customarily has at least 5 years business analysis and change management experience
- Customarily has at least 4 years of supervisory or mentorship experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
