The Supply Chain Data & Analytics Manager is a key part of the Supply Chain Excellence team and a critical role in driving company performance. The position is responsible for collaborating cross functionally, accelerating the identification, prioritization, and implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions optimizing performance across all Business Units. The Supply Chain Data Analytics team is responsible for leveraging and demonstrating operational data and process standards to enable and optimize our end-to-end supply chain in a scalable and sustainable way. In this role you will:
Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and mentor an exceptional team of Data Analysts.
- Work with your team and key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute analytical and strategic data projects.
- Build partnerships with leaders across the organization to identify new opportunities to support the business with analytics and foster a data driven culture.
- Help your team concentrate the findings of data analysis projects into crisp communications that enable technical and non-technical audiences to use the results to inform key business decisions.
- Ensure a high degree of data quality and reporting accuracy, including implementing standards and processes such as code reviews and dashboard validation.
- Ownership of the supplier price change process from vendor notification through implementation with a focus on data accuracy, transparency, and reducing the process timeline.
- Drive continues improvement efforts across both Order-to-Cash and Cash-to -Procure workstreams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent area of study is required
- 7+ years analytics work experience, including 4+ years managing an analytics team comprising analytics engineers and data analysts.
- Experience building and deploying dashboards using Power BI.
- A track record of building and growing exceptional teams.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating and building relationships with diverse business stakeholders across the organization.
- Uncompromising high standards and expectation for integrity, attention to detail, and 100% accuracy from yourself and your team
- Experience working in roles requiring the communication of data-driven insights with non-technical audiences.
