We are expanding our team due to demand for our services and are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional who has staffing experience or a professional services background. Mack & Associates, Ltd. identifies, locates and evaluates Chicago's strongest administrative support professionals for Direct-Hire, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary staffing services. Special note: This is Chicago based role, but open to applicants from other states that are willing to relocate to the Chicago area. Relocation package will be included.

Responsibilities of the Manager of Recruiting:

• Supervise day-to-day operations for team of recruiters
• Assist with filling openings by working closely with current clients and candidates
• Oversee recruiter metrics and ensure recruitment staff achieve their goals
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with qualified applicants for both current and future openings
• Oversight of internal processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Create synergy between service lines to boost development of business
• Build rapport with clients, which includes quality care calls and visits
• Train new recruitment staff

Requirements of the Manager of Recruiting:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of corporate business experience
• 3-5 years of experience of management of staff and experience with hiring
• Ability to prioritize and set goals with a sense of urgency
• Ambitious and financially driven
• Enjoys being challenged and learning on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills that build authentic rapport with others
• Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and positive approach with all you do
• Comfortable and confident in networking with others
