:Responsibilities:
Responsible for system administration for: financials, accounting, expense report platform, accounts payable platform, and all attendant integrations
- Act as systems administrator, providing support for security, report writing, maintaining integration data mapping, managing manual data imports, and functional maintenance
- Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs
- Design and maintain system configuration and provide consultation to end users, building domain knowledge, gathering requirement, providing solution and impact analysis
- Supports users to troubleshoot and analyze process and data issues, coordinate system changes, investigate resolutions and educate users to avoid recurrences
- Manage data integrations into Adaptive Insights from Workday Financials, Workday HCM and other source systems as appropriate
- Defines, measures, analyzes current processes and technology to implement to-be processes and solutions, including processes and procedures documentation
- Assist in the development of business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support
- Manage day to day system/operations issues and set priorities for resolution
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes
- Lead internal trainings and regular information sharing activities
- Assist in the testing of integrations, security and recurring events
- Strive to improve your own, as well as our common ways, of working – everyday – in candid collaboration with your team and all members of the company
- Serves as a single point of contact for projects assigned that span IT finance operations, working with cross-functional teams and consultants to align opportunities for improvement and deliver results
- Designs complex processes and implements projects utilizing strong project management and process improvements methodologies
- Stays informed of the Workday roadmap and future possibilities to fully leverage functionality
- Supports maintenance, modification, audit, and clean-up of systems when necessary
- Maintain and update as necessary account posting rules
- Provides recommendations on process enhancements and opportunities.
- May be responsible for special and ongoing projects
Qualifications
:- Understanding of finance operations and experience in financial data management and reporting
- Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the company’s needs and situation
- Both a technical and process analytical expertise for enterprise systems, accounting, AP/AR, payroll and FP&A functions
- A passionate individual who delivers sustainability to an organization with standard processes and documented procedures
- Experience on projects that involved finance process improvements and technology integration
- Experience working with IT implementation life cycle
- Experience in system design, configuration, implementation, and optimization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills; analytical and quantitative; organized; and able to multi-task in a challenging, fast-paced, results-oriented and culturally diverse environment
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office products.
- Skill in gathering and reporting information.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with staff, physicians, auditors, valuation teams and external customers.
Education/Licensing/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration and five years of experience as a CPA, Analyst or Administrator of Finance systems; OR a combination of education and experience.
- Workday Finance experience or training preferred
- Finance functional experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching
- Must possess sufficient eye-hand coordination/manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment
- Required normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports and evaluations.
- Requires lifting papers and boxes weighing up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Requires dexterity to type at least 35 wpm.
Work performed in office and/or hybrid environment- Involves frequent contact with professional staff and managed care organizations
- Work may be stressful at times
- Interaction with others is frequent and often disruptive
