The Marketing Operations Manager drives the execution and campaign delivery of our omni-channel communications to enable the initiatives and objectives of our marketers. In addition, you will identify process improvements, provide inputs to define our marketing plan/strategy and report on key campaign metrics. This role is a hybrid of skill sets, which include strategic planning, campaign and CRM management, data analytics, and sales optimization - leveraging cross-functional resources when appropriate.

From data to design, strategy to development, you are an extraordinary operator with a consistent track record for optimizing marketing data infrastructure, enabling marketing automation, reporting, and activation.
Responsibilities:
  • Work across all brands’ key marketing channels and functions (performance, CRM, creative, communications, web, etc.) to build and ensure proper internal processes and workflows are in place.
  • Lead marketing integration efforts - work with stakeholders to execute on campaign strategies by building roadmaps and managing delivery of global marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as an expert on inbound lead and inquiry flows from lead capture to assignment to sales; drive innovations and improvements to support increased performance and better qualified leads for our Advising team.
  • Lead discussions around marketing technology solutions supporting paid media, including social and advertising platforms.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in engagement; and share findings along with suggestions for improvements to operations.
  • Develop and own the timeline of projects, assign tasks, oversee completion of deliverables, develop contingency plans, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management (lead scoring, lead routing).
  • Leverage a familiarity with digital marketing capabilities from an execution perspective to help frame an approach that is achievable within technology and resource constraints.
  • Manage assignments and deliverables required to build digital experiences, including channel specific designs, creative brief, content, audience and segment data, reporting, brand approvals, etc.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, paid advertising, web UX/UI, and more).
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Serve as the front-line escalation point for operational issues.
  • Ensure alignment with sales to execute changes in the go-to-market organization.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience; implementing, maintaining, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns on a global scale.
  • Strong overall understanding of digital, ecommerce marketing, including email marketing, paid media, SEO, as well as B2B marketing.
  • Experience implementing and supporting marketing technology tools and processes (preferably including some or all of the following: Eloqua, Marketo or other automation tool, Sparkroom, Salesforce, Twilio, Ad Tech).
  • Passion for data analytics including strong foundation in Excel (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Eloqua, reporting all pluses).
  • Be able to multitask and handle simultaneous projects, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and display composure under stress.
  • Be a highly organized, highly operational, and strong team player.
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement solutions/efficiencies.
  • Fluent Written and Spoken English.
