What does an Assistant Manager of Training and Operations Support do?

Our Assistant Manager of Training and Operations Support provide continuous training and support to our Residential Coaches and Managers to ensure new Lexington employees are successfully transitioning from training to residential. They also provide emergency DSP coverage and support as needed at our homes in Albany to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people we support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid NYS Driver's License with two years of driving experience is required
  • Use of own vehicle is required to travel to homes in Albany County
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is required
  • 1-3 years of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
