About the Role:
The Manager, Human Resources will be the strategic HR lead for our Managed Servicing team. This position will have a great deal of influence on developing the HR policies and procedures for a fast-growing national company working closely with the management and leadership teams. The successful candidate is expected to play a key role in influencing thought and deliverables around our corporate culture. This position will be socially-focused, connecting quickly with people in an inviting and helpful way always with a customer focused attitude.

- Provide strategic and tactical human resources support, insights, and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting staff, managers and executives in areas including but not limited to: recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people development to ensure successful outcomes for both today and tomorrow.
- Recruiting – help us build the best team possible utilizing the most effective methods
- Partner with leadership and employees to create a strong, diverse culture that attracts and retains employees.
- Design and direct professional development plan including trainings to employees and to management on leadership, processes, policies and best practices.
- Onboarding/Orientation – create orientation and onboarding practices that provides a very welcoming environment, a solid training foundation, and supports high employee retention
- Thorough knowledge of HR law, principles, best practices, administration and systems
- Payroll processing, benefits administration, performance evaluation administration
- Maintain and update employee policies and maintain compliance with legal requirements

Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or Business Partner
- 2+ years of experience in managing others
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices, including FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA and other federal and state laws and regulations.
- Experience in leave of absence management
- Strong employee relations experience necessary
Preferred education and experience:
- Experience working in a manufacturing/call center environment preferred
- SaaS and/or BPO (business Process Outsourcing) experience preferred

- Ability to learn quickly and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong persuasive, influencing, and decision-making abilities
- Independent, proactive, and able to take initiative to solve problems
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint required
- Strong work ethic and passion for delivering outstanding levels of service
- Integral in conflict resolution at all levels within the organization
- Educate and mitigate potential risks to the business
Travel required:
- Up to 10% travel
