PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• As the Finance team leader, this position will provide the supervision of the Financial Analyst and support the VP of Finance/Treasury.
• Responsible for financial analysis and forecasting of all aspects of the finance and capital market process.
• Calculate, analyze, and forecast waterfall and distribution models. Present and explain the results to executive management.
• Ability to create and maintain complex financial cash flows, forecasts, and budgeting models utilizing advanced Excel skills.
• Assist in the placement of equity and debt transactions
• Maintain the database tracking system and report equity investor activity and balances
• Work closely with banks and investors and provide debt and various reporting requirements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 4+ years of experience working in finance
• Ideal experience in Real Estate, Capital Markets, Debt/Equity, or Investment field
• Advanced Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and modeling skills
• Salary up to $135k depending upon experience. Strong benefit package and bonus
