Role
Manages and leads the IT ERP technology team supporting the Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) and related applications including Pacejet, Blue Grace, Avalara, Bartender. This position will manage a team of three comprised of ERP techno functional analysts and CSI developers. Manages daily support work and change requests and engages with business and leadership to assess and determine priority of incidents and requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads, shares corporate vision to the ERP Support Team for Infor Cloud Suite Industrial ERP and the associated technologies integrated with the ERP to include Pacejet, Blue Grace, Avalara, Bartender, WMS, TMS
- Oversee key processes and technologies including lockbox and EDI and manage vendor relationships to deliver best in class support
- Manages other ERP Analysts including performance metrics, annual reviews, coaching and mentoring
- Assists the Director Enterprise Applications with the definition of OKRs, and KPIs for the support team and projects
- Supervises the ERP Support Team and assists the Director Enterprise Applications with the balancing of workloads and priorities
- Coaches and mentors support team members, and other members of the IT organization including employees and contingent staff
- Provide clear communication to business and technology teams to ensure smooth operation of the development cycles
- Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the change management or project planning process, ensuring that the teams are aligned on requirements and tasks for upcoming milestones, as well as being responsible for team and process efficiencies
- Promote collaboration between Developers, and diverse business team members to break complex problems down into requirements and actionable deliverables
- Manage support and project backlog; collaborate with business analysts to ensure requirements are prioritized and that there is transparency on goals for upcoming milestones and releases
- Work across project teams to identify risks and dependencies for releases
- Participates in the digital transformation and maintains solid understanding of the digital transformation roadmap
- Ability to communicate goals and priorities across cross-functional teams, and advocate for clear documentation wherever possible
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of our technology to bridge the gap between product and business needs and technical feasibility
- Work with internal stakeholders, business analysts, technical leaders and project managers to identify opportunities for process improvements, better tooling, and act as an advocate for agile best practices
- Employs strong organizational skills and takes a very organized approach to all engagements
- Ensures that the application processes (including those of external service providers) are conducted in alignment with the corporate cultural, social responsibility, environmental, and technical policies and applicable standards and regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
- 10+ years in Corporate Information Systems environment.
- 10 years of experience with SQL Server data base and 2 years of experience with Infor’s Cloud Suite Industrial.
