LIBERTY Dental Plan is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager in Irvine, CA with a client-centric attitude who will contribute management level expertise and act as a point person for our financial investors. This position will be responsible for financial forecasts, annual budgets, operation plans, variance analysis, cash flow modeling, and various special projects.

Position will report in office in Irvine, CA.

Job Summary

• Participate in the annual budget process, including short and long-term financial planning and analysis.
• Take ownership of Finance Department’s analyses to support major business decisions, using benchmarks, and Rate of Investment (ROI) trends.
• Analyze current market trends and competition of clients' industries.
• Manage cash inflows and cash outflows, including short and long cash flow analysis.
• Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform financial forecasts of balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow.
• Perform variance analysis (actual to budgeted financial figures).
• Reviews past and current financial performance against budgeted estimates and develops models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisions.
• Recommends strategies meant to assist the organization in meeting its long-term financial objectives.
• Create financial models used for product and business valuation on an annual basis (Annual Operating Plan), a 3 to 5-year Plan, and a long-range plan.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

• Minimum 4 Year/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study; Graduate degree highly preferred
• Minimum 6 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling; within high growth companies or in a client service firm highly preferred

Skills/Knowledge

• Ability to drive strategic direction
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Prior experience working with or at a high-growth or early-stage company is highly preferred
• Synthesize meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data, and the ability to discuss these findings with senior management
• Proactive and client-centric attitude
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
• Expert functionality in Microsoft Excel and ROI modeling
• Strong understanding of other Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
