Job description
The role of the Communications department is to establish the overarching messaging and communications strategy for the brand, and to get people to talk about Red Bull through media coverage, opinion leader engagement, and partner content amplification. The department develops media relationships, brings opinion leaders into the Red Bull world through experiences, and works with partners to share our important messages. Reporting to the Sr Manager - Communications for the SOFLO Region, the Manager - Communications will help create then implement all Culture and Sports Communications efforts for the region. The goal being the increasing awareness of and affinity for the Red Bull brand and its local events, artists, athletes, and media projects. You will help shape the annual regional Communications plan, and you will support implementation of all regional Communications efforts on time, on budget, and on target.

Core Responsibilities
Help identify local media opportunities and associated pitches for culture and sports programs.
Ensure Regional Communications plans use the most efficient tactics to promote media coverage, opinion leader coverage and reach new consumers and influencers especially around Regional Culture Marketing activities
Create 'breakthrough' buzzworthy PR moments and activations to enhance our message, bringing new perspectives and vision that tap into the brand's roots.
Promote always-on media and opinion leader relations, programs and strategy development
Maintain a comprehensive region calendar of Red Bull national and regional programs
Oversee accurate representation of the Red Bull brand in all regional activations.
Measure outcome using analytic tools and report results to with all contributors.
Create scalable communications templates, which the field marketing teams can use for the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of local or endemic projects.
EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of PR / Communications experience marketing high profile brands or agency account management.
- Experience with the Hispanic media landscape
- Cultivated collaborative a team environments across regions and departments.
- Manage different projects at different stages of delivery
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English, Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
- Travel 10-20%
