The Yard Milkshake Bar is coming to Atlanta, GA! We will be located downtown at Centennial Park, and we are looking for a Manager to join our team. We will be located on 341 Marietta St NW.

Our ideal candidate is creative, attentive, loyal and hard-working. Our Managers are working managers and are involved with every aspect of store operations and the customer experience. You will report directly to the General Manager and responsibilities will include:

*Actively working the register station and decorating line to ensure customers expectations are exceeded. *Manage back of the house prep and operations to ensure exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method. *Schedule, supervise and train front and back of the house staff. *Manage vendor services to maintain appropriate quantities and quality of product. *Budget and monitor inventory, labor and restaurant costs to improve overall profitability. *Enforce health and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

*Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred). *Restaurant Industry: 1 year (Required). *High School Diploma or equivalent. *Strong leadership and time-management skills. *The ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize. *Open availability to work nights and weekends, as they are a MUST.

To be successful in this role you’ll need people skills, a willingness to learn, the ability to be calm under pressure, and a dedication to our concept and brand.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our super fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $22.00/hour.
