The bar and restaurant at Davinci Restaurant on Marco Island is a place our guests like to relax with friends and family, enjoy a cocktail and order from our delicious menu.

We are looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The right individual will possess solid restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment building and training the team and running the operation. We are seeking a customer-service based individual to be part of our management team with experience in guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the restaurant revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards.

Oversee guest services and resolve issues. Frequent table visits to ensure out guests are having an exceptional dining experience with us.

Train and manage front of house staff to include servers, bussers, barbacks, bartenders, food runners, and host.

Oversee staff schedules to meet restaurants and bar needs.

Manage the restaurant floors and focus on contact with our guests.

Conduct ongoing coaching and work with HR on documentation.

Be available and rotate through the bar, restaurant and back of house to ensure efficiency. Assist as needed.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment as a Restaurant Manager or a Restaurant General Manager.

Extensive food and beverage knowledge.

Strong leadership qualities, motivational and people skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work AM/PM/mid shifts.
