Management: The manager/shift lead works productively and supervises restaurant colleagues to serve customers and keep the restaurant clean. You will be responsible for providing leadership with a 'Can Do' attitude, lead by example, provide exceptional customer service, build sales, and control costs. This is a FUN and fast paced environment!

Crew: Crew Members works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied. Crew members are expected to prepare high quality products consistently, display the proper image, clean and organize work stations and practice safety and security procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

These positions requires a hands-on style of management and physical work such as: lifting, squatting, and standing for long periods of time.

• Previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact is preferred.
• Be at least 16 years of age (for crew) and 18 for leadership positions.
• Be dependable, hard working and have the ability to work under pressure and stressful situations.
• Possess strong management, team building and communication skills.
• Prepare and cook food as directed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
