Job Overview

Position duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provides administration for a comprehensive manpower/personnel management program for the Edwards Research Site. Assists in a range of personnel support for a broad spectrum of operations related to the Human Resources (HR) area including coordination and maintenance of human resources/personnel related matters, and support services, such as staffing, automation application, personnel operations, employee benefits and awards.
  • Supports updates to automation applications for information tracking databases, staffing models, SharePoint systems, and generating recurring and special reports.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting briefings/presentations to inform managers of new personnel management matters, human resources, Air Force initiatives, priorities, and studies.
  • Assisting in developing and evaluating programs for providing or improving administrative services; analyzing issues, making recommendations, and alternative solutions including development of policies and procedures.
  • Provides coordination and oversight for training requirements for RQ-West tracking, providing guidance for all Back to Basics (BtB) certifications, collaboration with Directorate training office, Edwards Training POC and site leadership.
  • Updates and maintains RQ-West contractor database ensuring proper Contract Manpower Equivalent (CME) reporting is updated for RQ-East.

• United States Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
